1. Handle main data manager tasks on 1 Oncology study (paper study).2. Main data manager and back-up of the remote Senior Data Manager. My functions include the following: - Coordinate and organise data entry persons, their activities and the review of th data according to the deadlines to ensure timely database transfers.- Ensure good data quality via query management, listings and reconciliations (data or samples).- Produce different reports, data transfers and quality metrics on regular basis.- Communicate with the internal team, countries/monitors via calls or emails.- Review and improve processes, tools and system.Softwares: Outlook, SAS 9.2, Ultra Edit, Microsoft Office.

1. Check and manage the data of several clinical studies: 3 in Oncology and 1 in Metabolism.2. Study Data Manager back-up on 2 studies (EDC and paper studies). My functions include the following: - Plan and coordinate activities and tasks according to the deadlines to ensure timely database closure.- Forecast the risks and possible issues challenging the database closure.- Communicate with the internal Core Team, countries/monitors via teleconferences, calls or emails and provide an update on the study status.- Ensure good data quality via query management and different reconciliations (data or samples).- Create tools to help review the data.- Handle the original CRFs and their archiving.- Knowledge sharing for the transition to India.Softwares: Outlook, Oracle Clinical, software for EDC, Hyperion, Microsoft Office.
