I am a general manager for multiple businesses: Sensis Property Management, Sensis Letting, Sensis Maintenance, and Endless Styles. Sensis Property Management manages over 300 private and commercial (single/multiple) lets and sales. I am responsible for the business's legal and governing requirements. Dealing with unforeseen issues that can vary from gas leaks to tenancy or purchase disputes. In addition, delegate to our contractors and subcontractors and arrange/resolve issues. The private rental market is forever changing concerning legal practices andhealth and safety requirements are needed, I ensure all private properties are to local and government requirements. It's also my responsibility to photograph and advertise new properties on various media platforms. Sensis Lettings is a business that's sole purpose is to source properties for government housing contracts and ensure the properties are up to HHSRS standards for handover. This involves multiple site visits to inspect properties which include contractors’ standards and finding solutions to issues that occur. I also hold meetings with large corporate companies, local councils and the Home office. Sensis Maintenance performs anything from changing a light bulb to property renovations. This role covers planning, invoicing, and carrying out repairs to properties. Repairs can vary from a small plug change, electrical and plumbing to working on a roof, this allows me to think on my feet and find solutions to repair the issue at hand. Show less

Endless Styles is slightly different from the other areas I work in, as it is a beauty warehouse predominantly selling human hair extensions. I take care of all in-store and online sales, ordering andresearching possible new trends. I deal with all issues such as faulty stock from our supplier to colour matching enquiries. I've Built and administered a Computer network with access points, servers, multiple storage destinations and an IP CCTV network with 24 cameras that consists of 360 tracking cameras. I also carry outrepairs to the building and meet its ever-growing demands finding solutions to allow the business to thrive. This includes installing a Dialler alarm system and re-installation of the telecommunication system so that it isfit for purpose. Finally finding new revenue streams to cost-saving solutions. Due to the nature of these roles, I find I'm highly adaptable, fast thinking and particularly hard working. I enjoy challenging myself to expand my list of skills and experiences. If I don't know how to do a set task, I always find solutions, from learning new skills to resourcing appropriate individuals. Show less

Within this position, I dealt with the Set-up and the day to day running of training programs forindividuals aged 16-19 and on Jobseeker Allowance. The programs involved are entry-level English, maths and interview techniques. On completion of the program, I wouldthen draw funding from the LSC board and complete all relevant termination paperworkand issue certificates if the learner has successfully completed their said program.
