Ollie is a 2:1 BA (Hons) Business & Globalisation graduate from Leicester De Montfort University. He currently works for Colas Rail UK as an Assistant Project Manager on their Future Leaders Graduate Programme. In this role, he helps run signalling rail infrastructure projects across the Western region of England.Whilst studying, Ollie was able to gain vital experience through pub management, internships, completing university projects and being an active member of DMU's football society. He is also a qualified English FA Referee, spending 7 years gaining important leadership, man management and situation management skills whilst refereeing youth and university football matches.After graduating in 2021, he started working as an Administrator at an NHS Covid-19 Vaccination Centre in Swindon. Through strong performance, he was able to rise through the ranks quickly - ending the year with a promotion to be one of 3 On-Site Coordinators. This role introduced Ollie to operations management responsibilities in the highly regulated environment of the NHS.At the end of his management contract with the Vaccination Centre, Ollie took the opportunity to go travelling around South East Asia for 3 months.
