Manager (P&G) Jul 2006 to PresentProcter & (P&G), is an American multinational consumer goods company.• I am responsible for providing full IT services to over 1500 users across four P&G sites in the UK and Ireland. This covers IT department management in addition to the IT project management for the sites.• I have ownership for cross site Client Management, Budget Management, People Management, Supplier Management and direction setting to deliver effective End to End IT services. • I have delivered significant system improvements to eliminate losses and defects via our loss analysis methodology IWS (Integrated Work Systems). IWS is a disciplined, data-driven approach for eliminating defects (similar to Six Sigma). • Responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of Global and Regional IT Programs and IT Project initiatives including various infrastructure projects and business transformation projects across EMEA.Senior IT Project Manager - P&G Divestiture • Project Leader - Led a project team of more than 40 resources across 3 site teams on a significant divestiture project. The systems spanned across Warehousing, Production Execution, Shipping, Finance, QA, Planning and other functional areas. • My role was to develop and manage the four project teams, to create and execute the CPS (Critical Path Schedule) and action plan to include planning, testing, validation and smooth cutover. All four sites transitioned on the same day.• The project went live successfully on time and within budget with a flawless start-up on Oct 1st 2016. I received a platinum award for Project Management in December 2016 for this projects results.
