I led Revolt's sports portfolio, new business processes and in-house activist brands during a rapid period of growth during which revenue increased five-fold and employee count grew from four to 38.- Secured adidas projects with Outdoor and Football global brands, as well as briefs from the UK and Europe corporate brands, increasing adidas portfolio revenue six-fold in FY1920- Strategic Lead for instilling a new brand purpose at adidas Outdoor, hosting an audit and workshop with the leadership team at Herzo HQ- Created and embedded business development processes that contributed to 43% YOY revenue growth in FY1920- Managed the re-brand of Common Goal, a charitable initiative uniting the football community to advance the UN's Global Goals, and developed the strategy for its new social action platform Game of our Lives- Built activist brand Nail It from the ground up, successfully campaigning for the transgender flag to be included in the 2020 emoji update
