The MBE lab had ten professors and approximately twenty graduate students who were involved in over ten ongoing research projects, which included projects related to: free-electron lasers, spin dynamics and coherence, optoelectronics and quantum nanostructures. Maintained inventory of wafers used by the different research groups in the lab for MBE growth, ordered necessary lab tools and supplies. Assisted the head lab engineer in making sure that all five of the multi-million dollar MBE machines ran smoothly.
