Built up a solution for BRINGs largest Home Delivery customer with 500 000+ deliveries/year and between 12-15 000 deliveries for each Monday evening between 5 and 10 pm which involved warehousing in whole Sweden plus linehauls between warehouses and with 350+ vans for the last miles was a great achivement. Together with my team we found solutions for helping Swedens biggest telecom company with Saturday deliveries and become the first in Sweden with this. Big focus on business developement.
