She is responsible for ensuring compliance with import and export regulations everywhere her manufacturing center carry out business while ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. She executes product classifications with HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) and ECCN (Export Classification Control Number). She takes ownership and manages the end-to-end business requirements and processes for her center’s global imports and exports, including export controls, Free Trade Agreements, product and software classifications, denied party screening analysis, sanctions and embargoes, country of origin, audits, and more.Previously, Banke was responsible for identifying cost reduction opportunities, supply base rationalization, and developed commodity strategies per commodity spend analysis (both direct and indirect) to help achieve production center supply chain objectives. She also monitored and improved key performance indicators related to the quality, planning and delivery of parts or services purchased to achieve an effective and responsive supply chain for production.Banke possesses extensive energy industry with expertise in project procurement, manufacturing planning, global sourcing, customer service and Trade and Customs Compliance. She has worked with cross-functional teams across multiple regions including North America, Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and Latin America.Banke earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Ado- Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, and a Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, U.S.A. She is SAP -Terp 10 certified and ECop EAR certified.
