Communicating with the research partners and collaborators, and with the academic and advisory boards.2. Organising meetings, conferences and training events. 3. Managing our social media and the project website. 4. Providing high level administrative support to the Project lead/director and acting as a principal point of contact through effective management of the project inbox; 5. Coordinating the planning, organisation, promotion and delivery of project specific meetings, including external conferences, workshops and internal seminars as required. This will include making logistical arrangements including arranging video conferencing, venue booking and payment, corresponding with attendees or participants, preparing agendas, taking minutes, following up and tracking actions and tasks arising; 6. Managing and updating the communications database and email lists and managing the discussion forum in order to facilitate the dissemination of accurate and timely information about the project; keeping track of metrics from conferences e.g. attendance, gender balance, feedback; linking to other UK and international networks; 7. Being responsible for the maintenance of the project website and social media output; 8. Managing the project expenditure in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI) and other members of the Team. 9. To create purchase orders and manage expense claims; 10. Liaising and co-ordinating activities with other UKRI COVID projects;11. Assisting with reporting on activity of the network e.g. Steering Group reports and Advisory Board reports; 12. To provide a friendly and professional point of contact between Consortium members, partners, the advisory board and the management team. -
