1. Monitoring, Evaluation, & Impact: Directly support the Learning and Influence Unit in the design and delivery of all Impact policies, while also monitoring, analysing, and evaluating of the impact of programmes on entrepreneurs in terms of business growth. 2. Impact Reporting: Work with program teams to collate and report the Foundation's KPIs in written and media form for internal and external use/publication. Prepare reports and communicate findings and analyses. 3. Quality Assurance & Standards: Directly support with the establishment and adoption of quality assurance across program processes and delivery. This also includes the management of over 5,000+ Alumni members of the Foundation.4. Thought Leadership: Involved in the development and delivery of knowledge products and thought leadership publications for the Foundation. This includes the development of The Nigerian Entrepreneurs Handbook Series; a 7 book series on key areas of Entrepreneurship, a docu-series titled INSIGHTS by FATE Foundation, which focuses on challenges and opportunities in selected industries in Nigeria.5. Program Management: Assist in the delivery of programmes while ensuring participants are well equiped with the knowlegde of the online learning platform.
