Cerebral Palsy Alliance Research Foundation was established in the United States in 2015 to fund the world’s best research to treat, prevent and ultimately find a cure for cerebral palsy. By leveraging the support of both the donor and the research community, this strategic role supports the following goals of the organization: - Collaborating with the best researchers across the US, and sharing the information globally;- Funding research with the most potential for breakthroughs;- Developing key partnerships with supporters;- Encouraging the world’s best researchers to adopt cerebral palsy as their area of study.

Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is a nonprofit organisation helping babies, children, teenagers and adults living with cerebral palsy and other neurological and physical disabilities. With an annual budget of $220M and 2,500 staff, Cerebral Palsy Alliance operates from 112 sites throughout metropolitan, regional and rural NSW and the ACT. Beyond providing residential and clinical services, CPA offers its 8,000 clients with a range of 'Lifestyles' programs designed to maximise their participation in the community.CPA provides professional development and training for employees within the disability sector and also funds important cerebral palsy research in Australia and overseas through both its Research Foundation and disability technology accelerator, Remarkable.

- Oversee all strategy, operations, technology, development, marketing, and communications teams & functions across a $10+ million, 120-person organization;- Lead the organization's technology initiatives, supporting both internal systems and client facing digital product offerings;- Direct all fundraising activity ($3 million annual raise) including foundations, board engagement, events, publicity, campaigns, and digital channels activity;- Oversee strategy, design, and execution of a multi-year national program expansion plan.

- Create the strategy for, and manage, the development, marketing, and communications teams;- Direct board engagement of both Senior and Young Professionals Boards; - Oversee press, stakeholder and fundraising collateral & strategy for outreach and development;- Increased overall fundraising in first 3 years by over 60%;- Brokered new funding partnerships inc. Clinton Global Initiative, Prudential Foundation, Booth Ferris Foundation, Weinberg Foundation, and Norflet Progress Fund.

- Directed the strategic planning of all development, marketing and communications needs for start-up Charter School Network with $2.0M annual fundraising need;- Responsible for design and creation of all communications collateral to support development, student and teacher recruitment and issue advocacy;- Managed teams of creative practitioners, developers and designers to relaunch website;- Oversaw high-level board engagement, prospecting and new member orientation;

- Oversaw the design, development and production of proprietary web-platform connecting stories across Boston communities, launched in August, 2012 – www.risingclass.org - Managed team of 8 technologists, copywriters and marketers to realize online platform and development campaigns- Worked with CEO to create new digital products for fundraising and corporate partner engagement- Developed fundraising collateral and pitches for major donor outreach and development- Led copy-writing for all institutional funding proposals, successfully meeting fundraising targets from foundations- Led Communications and Brand Messaging Design- Spearheaded 'Needs and Competitor Analyses' of unique nonprofit market
