● Oversee the overall functioning of the placement cell, ensuring alignment with the Institute's goals and objectives.● Create awareness among students about placement opportunities and reassure them about their prospects, helping alleviate unemployment concerns.s.● Lead and coordinate the activities of the placement cell, ensuring effective collaboration among all members and coordinators.● Develop and implement policies, strategies, and initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the placement cell.● Monitor and evaluate placement activity performance, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
