Key Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle of all associates right from Onboarding, exit, grievance handling, Employee Relations, and Engagement  Coordinate with the recruiting team to ensure the right and fast hiring Ensure the Offer Letter/is LOI released before joining for associates. Ensure all associates get the ID card, Salary slip, etc. on time Ensure that associates are aware of ESIC and Medical insurance benefits. Process the Increment and promotion with the alignment of central teams Handled Day to Day associates’ Grievances and resolve their queries timely. Ensure the Managers behavior is in line with the Org culture and with dignity Interact with the associates Along with the Security Team on integrity issues. Conduct employee engagement Activities like Sports events, Virtual quizzes, &, etc. to keep the employees engaged Ensure Attendance adherence through the HRMS tool for error-free payroll processing. Ensure the Compliance documents are visible on the Notice board. Connect with the Associates on absenteeism "Physically or On-Call". Conduct the refresher training of managers on HR processes. Arranged the Covid curfew passes through the Security team for associates and managers at the time of the lockdown Ensure smooth execution with zero escalations during downsizing exercises in the Org Exit interview was taken for Managers and Associates "Off Roll & On Roll". Prepared various reports to present the data for management. Conducted large-scale Covid Vaccination drive for the associate employees

Recruitment & Training: - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment through internal sources, Naukri portals, internal job postings, and Consultancy. To take a preliminary interview and forward to the next process if the candidate is eligible. Maintains manpower requisition /Transfer / Promotion / Resignation details. Conducting training Sessions for on-roll, FTC, and third-party employees from time to time & Educate employees about company Policies and Procedures.Employee Relations: - Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees. Formulating employee engagement activities like Birthday wishes and Festival Celebrations etc. Organize Various Cultural & Social Activities like- Annual Tours, Cricket, New Year Celebrations, and People Awareness rallies about Environment, Road Safety, and Pollution.Statuary Compliance, Compensation, Payroll Management, and Administration Handling the salary Procedure of the entire Manpower. controlling Leave Records & attend sheets. Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, etc. Monitoring the All-compliance registers of Muster Roll, Wages, Overtime, Deduction, Fine Damage or Loss & accident, etc. Monitoring of the Contractor’s working and payment and other records legal requirement. Verifying monthly bill workings and attendance of third-party Contractors. Coordinating with Manpower contractor & passing the bills through Better Place attendance system and manual Reg. both. Supervision of Security, Housekeeping, Canteen, Guest’s House, and Transportation.
