Responsible for leading a team of 9 members and 4 local branches in a global youth-run organization that delivers cross-cultural exchange to achieve the cause of peace and fulfillment of humankind's potential.Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the AlESEC team and local branches in Austria to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, empowering team members and local branch leaders to take ownership of their roles and responsibilities.- Collaborate with other AIESEC entities globally to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and values.- Develop and implement strategies to increase the organization's impact, reach, and sustainability in Austria.- Represent AIESEC in Austria to external stakeholders, including partners, sponsors, and other organizations.- Ensure compliance with AlESEC's policies, procedures, and guidelines in all activities conducted by the organization and local branches in Austria.- Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.- Evaluate and monitor the performance of local branches, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with AlESEC alumni and other stakeholders to support the organization's growth and sustainability.- Provide guidance and support to local branch leaders to ensure their success in delivering AIESEC programs and activities.
