• Develop assortment plans and category strategy to achieve revenue, conversion and profitability goals, leveraging product instinct, marketplace trends, and sales conversion data• Manage monthly and yearly growth of product classes within buying categories.• Analyze competitors’ marketing, selection, and pricing and assist in strategic changes around assortment• Review weekly , Monthly and Yearly reports and assortment plans to identify sales trends, best sellers, product gaps• Perform on-going analysis to be used in developing merchandise strategies and product assortment using available systems resources by working closely with planning team• Guide the planning team about future trends and investment areas• Maintain knowledge of market conditions regarding price, resources and fashion reacting accordingly to impact sales and gross margin• Continues product development by followingsales and fashion trends• Negotiate buying terms with suppliers (selection, price, quantity, and delivery terms)• Attend trade shows and exhibits, conduct buying trips on a regular basis

Analysis:- Routine stock & sales analysis to monitor on hand stock, updated rate of sales, ROI , ATV ,UPT , and Profit.- Forecast future demand based on sales ,seasonal and marketing calendar foresee product cover.- Analyzing market trends and plan category growth accordingly.- Responsible for healthy P & L of the category and monetization opportunities.- Accurately report on brand, category and sales performance- Report on Aged/slow moving lines to plan sales strategies on products which have not sold throughCategory Development:- Facilitate decisions on which product to improve, discontinue, and new products to introduce.- Supervising Costing and product pricing matters and Inspecting samples and finished goods.- Ensure proper assortment planning .Buyer/Purchasing:- Product purchase local and international based on demand and follow up orders trough payment, production, Register products in SFDA /SABER if needed and shipping to keep up with the time line in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.Merchandising:- Set up product Min&Max and allocation and adjust store quantities based on rate of sale, stock, visual merchandising and promotions.- Manage weekly stock and intake to category targets while still maximizing availability to agreed targets.- Managing plans for stock levelsPromotions: Promotions analysis to test margins & profitability then set up approved promotions in the system.

Sourcing and PR: - Sourcing for non-sellable items and services required by company internal departments. - Identification purchase requisitions (PR) from Internal department , and Purchasing items or recommending alternatives.Purchasing and RFQ: - Follow with approval of ordering (PO) of necessary goods and services and finalize purchase details of orders.- Evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important suppliers and vendor relationships.- Reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, negotiate contract and price terms with suppliers to maximize savings to the company.- Coordinate with user department and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for project assigned.- Participation, planning and implementation of IT Operations service projects.- comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal with vendors.Deliveries: - Working to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders and report any back ordered or missing products.

 Manage IT infrastructure, Plan, Design, implement, and carrying out day-to-day monitoring, Configuring and maintain Networks in head office, warehouse and more than 150 stores with troubleshooting Internet, routers, local area networks, switches, AP, Firewall and resolved all problems of Network and internet. Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, LAN, ACL, VOIP, CCTV, DHCP, Routing and switching, etc. ...). Upgrades network equipment. Works directly with vendors on patch research, revisions and deployment. Works with senior staff on patch recommendation, strategy and deployment processes. Maximizes network performance and availability by monitoring resource utilization, trending, and capacity. Manages and maintains network documentation, equipment inventories. Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services for information technology department. Manage IT assets and maintain 3rd party relationships with IT vendors. Oversee the IT Budget within the Data and Research Division budget.
