1- Review and understand all construction project documents such as agreement, scope of works, specifications, drawings, time schedule, BOQ and project budget …etc. 2- Discuss and agree with planning department for project time schedule.3- Review material request and submit it to procurement department.4- Forecast, arrange, plan and following up with site teams for all required resources and requirements to ensure that all are to be ready before starting any activity to avoid any delay.5- Meet with subcontractors and ensure with them the required time schedule and quality of project. 6- Estimate the labor/equipment productivity and manage it to control the project resources and to avoid/dispatch any useless resources.7- Manage and supervise site teams daily while execution of project activities and make sure no unexpected delay may occur and insure works is within quality and budget of the project.8- Handover completed activities daily to consultant with coordination with QC engineers.9- Coordinate with MEP teams and solve work conflicts in execution if any.10- Instruct site teams to work under project health and safety plan. 11- Support commercial team for project monthly payment documents.12- Arrange weekly progress meeting with site teams to discuss and solve any raised issue.13- Attend weekly meeting with client and consultant to discuss project progress and requirements.14- Prepare and submit the daily/weekly project reports to top management.15- Awareness for any works that is out of agreement and demand for variation order before start works.16- Handover and close the project by complete snag list whether they are uncompleted works or uncompleted documents.

1. Preparing and submitting monthly projects invoices with handling all quantity surveying worksalong with all supporting documents and following up with client until invoices reach accounts.2. Studying, estimates, preparing quotation, claim and following up for all variation orders of the projects.3. Sub-contractors Administration Management which includes checking and verifying the S/C invoices as per contracts and as built QTY within project budget.4. Preparing, issuing, controlling and updating budget and cost of the projects.5. Tenders estimating (Civil, ARC and MEP Infrastructure). 6. Attend all weekly meeting to follow up and discuss all issues.
