I am an experienced development professional with a track record dating back to 2018, during which time I have collaborated with esteemed organizations such as DAI UK, Inspire Corps, and Personal Recruitment.INC. My engagements have spanned across national, regional, and local NGOs, where I have been actively involved in numerous projects and initiatives.One of my notable roles has been as a representative of the Youth Leadership Council of Tangier, where I actively participated in various training programs, youth-focused initiatives, and forums. My primary areas of interest and expertise lie in youth development, gender equality, research, and fostering participation in open government processes.Recently, I had the privilege to be selected for the IREX Fellowship Program, 'Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) program.' During this program, I had the opportunity to spend three months at InnovateEDU in New York, immersing myself in the study and practice of community engagement under the guidance of George Mason University.At present, I am directing a team of 20 young leaders who are engaged in a vital mission to prevent social exclusion and extremism. Through a comprehensive nine-month program named "Ambassadeurs du Quartier," we are empowering these young individuals with the necessary skills to comprehend and execute impactful community actions. This initiative is part of the FORSATY Project, which is generously funded by USAID and implemented by IOM.My dedication to the betterment of communities, coupled with my commitment to fostering youth leadership and active participation, drives my passion for making a positive impact in the development field. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities I have had and look forward to creating lasting change for the benefit of society.
