About Omar Duran
As the founder and CEO of LIFE3, I have been leading the creation and implementation of technology and program management solutions that empower non-profit organizations and workforce development agencies in the fields of clean energy, climate tech, and application development and design. With over 6 years of experience in this domain, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, communication, and analytical thinking, as well as a passion for social impact and environmental justice.One of the key achievements of LIFE3 is our partnership with NYSERDA, where we have designed and developed several digital solutions for virtual clean energy training in support of workforce development delivery and programmatic outcomes reporting. Through our platform, we have successfully trained over 700 individuals in NYS, of which more than 50% come from disadvantaged communities and priority populations, and are projected to train over 1,200 by the end of this fiscal year.
