- Leading the design team and freelancers.- Directly reporting to Sr Design Director Amesa&Apac.- Develop strategies to improve productivity and capabilities of the design team.- Responsible for design-led thinking across different functions to generate creative concepts and ideas to meet business objectives.- Responsible for quality control over design outputs and approving all artworks, designs, and layouts before production.- Working in cross-functional projects (Trade Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain).

- Leading local design development and adaptations for all campaigns on beverages & snacks including Campaigns MVs, Outdoors, Events, Social Media, Flyers, Packaging, Assets Branding, Presentations and many other forms of visual communication.- Working directly with the GM and senior management to lead the development of all presentations’ visual stimulus for communication with the Global office, Sector, as well as all internal communicationfor all beverages & snacks brands.- Ensuring a consistent brand visual identity with the global design team through applying globalguidelines across print proofs and Trade displays.- Leading the Admin presentations training program to tutor 25 assistants to enhance their capabilities in presentations development.- OTG Activations, Assets Utilization, Assets Branding, Outdoor Buying, Events & Sponsorships.- Leading all beverages brands activations including supplier selection, briefing, and execution. Acting as a single point of contact between the brand team and all other internal/external parties (Suppliers, Agencies, Finance, Legal, Supplied Chain).

- Analyzing and designing computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, social mediacampaigns, advertisements, brochures and many other forms of visual communication in a timely and cost efficient manner.- Ensuring that the delivered products or services, new techniques and processes adhere to the policies and standards of the company.- Training and mentoring junior designers and entry-level applicants.- Manage Events: Bershka By the beach, Stradivarius Girls trip, Dazed, All Black Everything and PMI Red.Move.Now.

- Creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspites, informs, and captivates consumers.- Designing two pages per month to be released in the monthly issue.

- Drawing 2D designs using AutoCAD for suppliers.- Overseeing jobs and ensuring the availability of resources to meet the planned requirements in a timely and cost efficient manner.
