Responsible for the full cycle recruiting process including but not limited to sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding and exit interviews.Leverage recruiting resources and platforms using sourcing tools such as Boolean searching, sponsoring, and advertising using criteria communicated by hiring manager.Coordinate and/or attend job fairs to connect with potential candidates.Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.Utilize internal and external systems and applications to record status and candidate profiles.Complete initial and follow-up associate “quality control” calls, and address employee relations issues.

Determine and create recruitment methods and practices to attract top talent. Recruit and screen candidates to assess skills and expertise. Conduct interviews to further identify strengths and weaknesses to find proper placements for temporary assignments. Handle all employee preplacement screenings such as customer specific testing, drug and background screenings. Ensure proper documentation of employees by entering employee records accurately in Malone systems. Interface with clients regularly to make sure staffing needs are being exceeded.

Accountable for dispatch office operations, shipping traffic control, daily reports and KPI preparation, data analysis, Inventory control, employee training and coaching, performs clerical work, communicates with internal suppliers and customers to enable efficient flow of work, performs month end inventory reconciliations, investigates and resolves shipping receiving problems.
