As a Managed Account Representative I assist my global client in adapting the Steam GMI Financial Accounting System to their business needs. I research and present business solutions, tracking and resolving issues, developing new business through value-added services, and raising the client’s awareness of SunGard / Stream GMI products. I am aware of my client’s processing interests and goals being proactive in getting information to the client. I am the primary contact for short and long term projects as well as production issues. Some of my reponsiblities are ensuring my client is well informed and prepared for all exchange-mandated initiatives. Manage client open issues log and work with client to prioritize issues and manage the research and implementation of daily and ongoing issues related to product functionality. Attend internal meetings with Product Managers, members of the development staff, and sales to advance the progress of the client’s open issues. Oversee the creation and writing of management overviews and functional specifications for custom programs.

As an Application Support Specialist, I provide support for the Stream Post-Trade Derivatives (PTD) products globally. In this role I was responsible for independent and advanced customer support. Day to day tasks involving investigation and resolving client issues, new installations, upgrades and any project specific to assigned customers. I was required to have frequent interaction with the Sales, Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Professional Services teams. This role was highly customer focused and involves managing and dealing with large global and local financial institutions, researching and presenting business solutions, problem resolution, the logging and tracking of issues and raising the client’s awareness of SunGard's Stream PTD products.
