As the Director of Marketing at Main Squeeze Juice Co., I spearheaded the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns across a network of 33 units in the Southeast United States. I lead the training and operations team to assist with planning, coordinating and executing assigned directives for store operations as well as work with MSJC franchisee’s on their store level performance, to assess business operations and implement key goals and strategies to improve unit-level economics!

Created and implemented marketing strategies to promote organic social media growth on SS's social networks. Helped boost organic engagement by 200%+ QOQ by applying operational knowledge and consumer behaviors into marketing campaigns and posts. Assisted in generating new sales leads for brand. Developed team to understand algorithmic changes within social media platforms and how to capitalize on consumer trends for maximum brand exposure.

Conducted quarterly audits for all 26 franchise locations in the Salad Station franchise. Helped implement efficiency processes to facilitate operations and maximize store performance. Business development training of Franchisees for hiring, training, and managing their stores. Created and implemented new products as well as rollout guides covering all aspects of execution: procurement,training,marketing,etc. Created channel of communication for all business partners (franchisees) as well as team members through quarterly and monthly zoom calls.

Helped open over 7 locations for the Salad Station franchise. Assisted in creating a store opening training plan and executing to create difficult to forget consumer experiences and core culture elements. Trained teams of 20+ people to operate a concept that is composed of over 100+ products that have to be at a specific,high quality. Helped franchise partners spot budding talent within new teams and coached on business development after opening. Training franchise partners to manage all business factors from inventory management to leadership development.
