I perform detailed analysis of critical piping systems to maintain an acceptable level of piping flexibility, stresses and equipment nozzle loads. Also evaluate and confirm both structural and operational integrity of all piping systems.

  - Carrying out variable critical piping stress analysis jobs (static and dynamic) using CAESAR II software according to previously prepared critical line list.- Design and select proper piping supports and preparing supporting MTO.- Design of purchased supports (Springs, Teflon plates, Snubbers, rigid struts, hanger rods, expansion joints, flexible hoses) and creating the MRQ.- Evaluating piping stresses according to ASME B31.3 , also loads and moments on static or rotary equipment according to relevant (API / other) codes.- Evaluating reaction forces and displacements at each support location to remain within accepted ranges as per projects' specs. - Evaluating tie-in locations and participating in rerouting of any new piping within brownareas. - Providing piping loads on pipe-racks and structures to civil and other structural disciplines for design of pipe-racks, structures and foundations and also reviewing civil drawings.- Review and approve vendors documents, suppliers packages and skids for stress related comments.- Carrying out stress reports of critical piping systems as per projects' specs.
