Responsibilities:• Conducting Tool Box Talk meeting with workers & explain to preventive of fire & safety height work precaution etc.• Conducting safety induction training for all new Workmen & Staffs.• Inspection of worksite for identification of unsafe action & unsafe condition.• Investigation of accidents including near - miss cases explain violation from them• Implementation of J.S.A.• Inspection of power tools, equipment’s, cranes and records.• Conducting various issuing like working at height scaffold erection & dismantling• Checking of the PPE day-to-day basis.• Maintained Safety Record – Daily report, weekly report and monthly report.• Checking of scaffolding, staging & walk way works safety.• Maintain the Good Housekeeping at site and Office.• Establish and maintain relationships with workers, Sub. Contractors.• Verify on daily basis - Taking work permit before starting the work

Roles and Responsibilities.Report directly to the corporate QHSE Manager.Plan, Develop, Implement, and monitor HSE Plan, programs, and procedures and also to ensure that they comply the current company rules, regulations and policies..Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc..Review and approve all contractors’ submittals of work Method Statement and Risk Assessment prior to mobilization of work in the properties and sites..Supervise & monitoring with HSE team on particular risk prone locations Assigning specific duties to the site HSE team..Complying with local authority regulations as intended..Coordinating with all the departments regarding any unsafe activities or incident prone areas and assessing the hazards..Following hierarchy of risk control and risk management.Ensuring closure of SOR’s & NCR’s promptly if raised by the client. Assisting and Promoting .Occupational health and Safety awareness to conduct toolbox talk meetings and safety training program..Checking for proper implementation of the safety rules in the work area
