The tasks and responsibilities of this project include:• Four kilometers of Landscape,Hardscape,and road construction • Demolition of all existing structures ,such as buildings ,restaurants & Kiosks• Removal of all old existing infrastructure • Installation of new infrastructure that included storm Drainage ,Potable Water, Sewer Lines, Medium and low voltage Power Lines ,Fiber optic cables and a sound system covering a four linear kilometers area . • Development of Four kilometers retaining wall to help prevent sear water from reaching the shoreline.• Construction of underground water tank for irrigation system • Executing three new sea viewpoints which required backfilling in the sea• Executing seven water-features • Executing 75000 m2 Green areas • Installation of over 90000 m2 of granite tiles for 4 kilometers Promenade, Sidewalks , and Pedestrian crossing • Executing seven playground areas with total area over 10 000 m2. All materials was imported from Italy. • Removal of the old road and making a new profile design over 120000 m2 of new asphalt
