Current- Repair servers from Twitter on site, Atlanta, Portland and Sacramento. One or twice per month, depending in the number of failures reported by client. Also reworks for other vendors on site like UBER and Microsoft..
- Internal projects: Training to FA Technicians in proper use of internal software and tools, such as use of web monitor, USB card debugger, and basic Linux commands for META / TWITTER / UBER testing.
- Improve procedure of testing material out of network environment in Microsoft (Celestial Peak FPGA), automating with bash scripting so FA Techs can output testing material faster.
- Improve inventory process for OSS travels, creation of standards for material request, inventory updates and files used for repairs report.
