I have troubleshooted issues shoulder-to-shoulder with them, and have showed them production monitoring best-practices. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with very smart people at some of the largest companies, including AT&T, VzW, Citigroup, J.P Morgan, Santander, La Caixa, etc, etc. from whom I learned so much professionally as well as personally.I'm now helping customer on their Digital Transformation journey with new level of full stack observability, advanced analytics, and automation to solve their most complex IT problems, all through the use of Broadcom's AIOps solution.What is AIOps? AIOps stands for Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations. AIOps is the application of machine learning (ML) algorithms and data science to establish proactive, automated remediation capabilities that help IT teams deliver superior digital experiences. It enables a move away from siloed IT operations management and provides intelligent insights that drive automation and collaboration for continuous improvement.When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wife and three daughters.
