As a senior engineer, I played a key role in implementing newinfrastructure, applications and deployments to the cloud. I ensured thatapplications were thoroughly tested, secure and remained highly availableas they are key to the smooth functioning of the logistics sector.In this role I have been responsible for: Planning, creating and managing cloud infrastructure with the use of Terraform and Ansible;Observability and maintaining uptime of production applications;Managing CI/CD pipelines with Gitlab;Containing applications using Docker; Configuring Kubernetes and setting applications to scale using this technology;Installing and configuring Vault for secret management;Bash and GoLang programming;Migrating on premises applications to the Cloud; Configuring High Availability for applications that must remain on premise;Configuring development environments for engineers; General system admin and Networking;Writing documentation on Confluence;I have also spent a short amount of time on the developer side where I have worked in an agile team using react js on the front end with php/laravel on the back end, deploying code to bitbucket using git and using tailwind for styling.

Managing clients hosted in the cloud, providing and automating Identity Access Management.This involved managing and reconfiguring, where necessary, AWS EC2 instances (Debian based), routes, certificates, load balancers, monitoring, relational databases, emails, access restrictions and more.It also required setting up and configuring MFA and OAuth connections using PingFederate.Side projects include setting up monitoring servers, SCIM provisioning, SimpleSamlPHP, RADIUS servers, Mimecast integration, Apache2 configuration and more.Cyber Security is also a big topic at ProofID with strict protocols enforced.
