• Start-up facilities of 1-40 ton Hypochlorite production System• Write the Operational Manuel for the Hypochlorite system • Pre-commissioning and troubleshoot the chlorine production system• Program an Allen Bradley PLC (microcontrollogix, compactlogix and controllogix) using a Ladder diagram, Function Block Diagram and Sequential function chart languages• Program Human machine interface (Factory Talk ME, SE, Panel View Plus, GE iFIX and Siemens WinCC)• Install the data historical to the server to report all system alarms• Establish a network communication between all Ethernet Cards • Design, Build and troubleshoot both main control panel and sub control panels • Develop a single Line diagram , power distribution, control panels layout and Process & Instrumentation Diagram using Auto Cad• Calculate the total power consumption for the Hypochlorite Facilities• Map both of the digital and analog I/O, and sketch all the connection drawing from the instrumentation to the I/O modules. • Design and manufacture the Motor Control Center (MCC), Main Control Panel (MCP) and the Auxiliary Control Panel (ACP) for all facilities• Install and calibrate Instruments like (pressure, level, limit, PH, ORP, and conductivity sensor and valves)• Control all instruments and motors by PLC and HMI• Program VFD for smoothly motor starter, voltage and frequency adjustable• Connect the motor to shaft monitor and phase monitor as safety signals • Install pumps, mixers, vacuum and metering pump• AC electric motors DC electric motors, Stepper motors, motor controllers and Circuit protection devices• Install rectifiers, generator, transformers, and Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to the system.• Design a single phase and 3 phase powered machines, Transformers

• Install Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system of all ranges of (Socomec, Eaton, Powerware, E6) brands.• Managed UPS Configuration, Maintenance and Commissioning. • Install and Commission Inverters (Socomec and E6) devices.• Install condenser and the air condition unit of (STULZ) brand inside servers room and adjust the A/C configuration depends on the customer requirement.• Install (AKCP) monitoring device and connecting sensors such as (temperature, humidity, flow meter, power meter, Sairon, and camera) also connecting the UPS brands and the A/C Units to the (AKCP), to detect if any fault might happen to the devices, and send a message to the appropriate person about the problem. • Access Control Installation.• Remote Alarm Notification System.• Electrical Cabling + Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and Cable Tray Installation.
