During the period of work at Morocco Travel Horizon, I realized several Tasks as well as I had several unavoidable missions for the good progress of the activity of MTH Rabat.My roles at the agency are as follows:- Analysis of consumer needs: I analyzed the behavior of our customers based on the different seasons of the year as well as the most requested destinations, the number of average nights per year per stay as well as the interests customers to finally choose the local and foreign dream clientele.- The programming of the tourist packages and the prospection of the products adapted to the needs of our customers: By using the analyzes that I carried out, I program the tourist packages exactly adapted to the customers.
