• The primary function of the Field operations Lieutenant is the comprehensive management and reporting of current security officers activities.• Responsible for the providing of quality services to clients, developing and training current employees.• Maintaining company vehicles and managing all administrative duties associated with the field operations.• Reviewing security reports and any other documentation submitted by security officers for quality accuracy and content. • Ensuring individuals arrive to their assigned posts in timely fashion and perform all duties expected.• Submitting all security officer write ups and performance reviews to the director of operations.• Monitoring security officers credentials in conjunction with the director of operations.

• Reports to: Shift lead, Coporate security Supervisor.• Assist employees upon request.• Reset elevators in main facility, as well as the parking garage after a possible power outage or fire alarm.• Controls access to the facility, and monitor the access control system.• Scheduled rounds through the building and grounds.• Monitor vendors• Operate Visor Management System.• Observe cameras for abnormal incidents.• Awareness of emergency Management System booklet which contains Bomb Threats, Biological Threats, Suspicious Vehicles as well as suspicious packages.

• Supervises other regular employees; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing anddirecting work, training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or forDiscipline, termination or retention.• Teaches and enforces safety regulations at the work site.• Establishes security patrol priorities.• Assists Crime Prevention Officer in identifying high risk areas and initiates actions to reduceRisk exposure.• Performs all duties of a Security Guard.• Reviews utilization and maintenance of security equipment.• Prepares daily and periodic reports to U.S.S.A officials regarding activities.• Takes predetermined action and renders first aid in emergencies such as accident, fire andIllness.• Assists in development of security policy and procedures.• Orders, maintains and issues clothing and equipment.

The Inter-Con Security Officer (ICSO) is responsible for the Protection of Midwest Power Generation Stations, assets and premises,• Screening of personnel and vehicles entering the facility• Issuing of temporary passes to employees/visitors to restricted areas.• Perform patrol duties throughout the facility and perimeter fenced area.• Immediately responds to breaches of security and emergency situations.• Operates various equipment such as walk-through, hand-held metal detectors and explosive Detection Systems.• Maintain files incident reports and daily logging of armory.
