Omar Hammad is an experienced program manager with an engineering background, driven with passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and socially-driven initiatives. With over three years of experience in entrepreneurship & project management, Omar has a strong background in organizing events, coordinating resources, sessions, and content curation for support programs.In 2020, Omar joined enpact as a project coordinator, where he played a key role in the implementation of Empowering Entrepreneurship Inititative’s programs. Using his expertise, Omar coordinated business sessions, managed participants, and ensured the smooth running of the programs.In 2022, Omar took on a new role as a community and events manager for MADE, a pre-incubation and incubation program that empowers youth with ideas in Egypt’s manufacturing sector. In this role, Omar is responsible for managing the whole participant experience, from onboarding to graduation, along with organizing events, demo-days, training sessions and facilitating resource management for the growth of their entrepreneurial ideas.Omar is passionate about supporting and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs and is committed with his expertise in driving entrepreneurship development worldwide.
