1. Responsible for the processing, reviewing, tracking, and general ledger posting of construction draws for multiple projects2. Maintaining payment draw files and invoice files.3. Communicate with project managers, vendors, and external parties to manage draw requests/requirements4. Communicate with external clients and lenders to manage funding and draw requests, provide timely responses to questions and inquiries.5. Perform/review bank account reconciliations and assist with corporate balance sheet reconciliations and other corporate monthly internal management reports6. Calculate and invoice general contracting fees and allocate payroll to projects7. Responsible for Construction accounts receivable tracking, management, and reporting8. Assist in the development/enhancement of project reporting9. Assist with Construction project analysis reporting10. Assist with special projects as requested

Analyzing the cost accounting data in order to assist the budget section in preparing the balance sheet -Matching of Purchase Orders to Supplier Invoices, ensuring approvals for goods / services have been received - signed-off. -Entry of supplier invoicesPassing invoices & expenses to treasury section within the timeframes agreed for payment -Maintain Supplier reconciliations -Making checks and prepare notice the tax discount and additive. Cash collection and deposit of checks and dealing with banking transactions

Perform monthly end accounts receivables closing cycle incl. recording and posting journal entries. Update and maintain aging report. Follow up on overdue balances with clients and co-ordinate AR settlements with sales and collection teams. Completes billing documents and calculates credit terms, discounts, shipment charges and rates for goods/ services and sends billing invoices to the sales department on a daily basis. Records received payments/deposits and reviews and updates aged receivables records for unpaid balances
