Territory Officer

Key responsibilities: • Achieve sales & distribution related targets of the respective territory• Assist Area Sales Manager to prepare a business plan and target allocation• Help the decision making the process for monthly/quarterly performance review and market analysis• Monitoring stock flow, market movement, sales promotions to ensure successful execution• Active involvement in business session with various channel partners, distribution owners and key stakeholders• Responsible for hiring of sales staffs and delivery of training to existing as well as new sales staff in the area of product knowledge, selling skills, role play, etc.• On the job coaching and counseling sessions to identify individual motivators and keeping up the morale• Regular market visits to ensure teams are maintaining their market visit as per the plan and building relationship with agents• Identify training and development needs of team members thus taking necessary steps to facilitate such requirements• Coordination within the organization, outside organization and project management as per delegation by Head of the department as and when required• Liaison with sales operations, marketing, business development, the trade marketing team for all sort of business-related issues• Share the scope of Business Development in the area with Distribution House Owner• Ensure FF maintaining route plan, proper filling up of BIN card, verify physical versus book status in agent point, product availability at the agent point• Take corrective actions for compliance at distribution houses and agent points
