I am the Director and co-Founder of Work the World, a leading organisation that provides tailor-made healthcare placements for students and professionals in Africa and Asia. For over 18 years, I have been driven by a passion for contributing to healthcare education and fostering intercultural exchange and learning.As a Director, I oversee all aspects of the business, from business development and sales, to marketing and IT strategies, to ensure we deliver high-quality and personalised services that meet the needs and expectations of our global clients. I have also built and maintained strong partnerships with a large number of hospitals, clinics, government authorities, and NGOs around the world, which enable us to offer diverse and enriching clinical experiences for our participants.Through Work the World, I aim to create positive and lasting impacts on the healthcare systems and communities we work with, as well as on the personal and professional development of the participants on the programme.
