Ski Famille offer family ski chalet holidays. I ensured that our brochure and website promise was met across the whole program. I was directly involved in business development and growth. This senior role allowed for creation of new businesses and services, improving the already excellent reputation of Ski Famille. Planning, procuring and recruiting in the UK over summer, I then moved to France for the winter. Some of my tasks in France included property management, team management and development, contracting, budgeting, processing quality control, customer service, problem solving and all overseas logistics.
