• Responsible for serving as an "internal consulting" resource for a limited range of OD, including:
• Provide internal management consulting support and services across divisions/departments on a broad array of Organizational Development topics under the guidance of Board of Director.
• Confer with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented OD processes, systems, or procedures.
• Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge of the OD profession, bringing recommendations and options to corporate leaders for consideration.
• Collaborate effectively with the Corporate Strategy Department in addressing corporate and business unit development needs, serving in various capacities as necessary.
