Design and creating collateral for our function and events and the launch and set up of the new event space, Wine Vault. Running and organising the Gibbston Harvest Festival in Queenstown. I was responsible for developing and growing the inbound business, mice business, VIP and media opportunities, and creating brand awareness within the company, including business planning and budgeting. Sponsorships was one of the key tasks within this role, securing, executing and implementing to ensure that our brand was well recognised and gain maximum exposure nationally. Such events included, Queenstown Winterfestival, Motatapu Marathon, Gay ski week, Married at First Slight and other various local community events.

Responsible and managing the Sales and Marketing team. Duties included domestic and international sales, tradeshows with Tourism New Zealand and Destination Queenstown. Actively promoting visitors to Queenstown and driving sales. Duties included contracting, account set ups, managing trade accounts. Key contact for media, VIPs. Product training for wholesaler, price set ups and business planning. Overseeing and implementing marketing collateral for all Skyline products via, print media, social media and websites.

Responsible for the profitable operation and effective management of all food and beverages outlets within the complex. The department consisted of reservations, purchasing, events and incentives, kitchen, cafe and a buffet restaurant. Managing a total of 80 staff members, 9 direct reports.
