The work involved demand forecasting, predictive maintenance and route optimization. 4000+ time-series models built each month. ATM service efficiency increased by 44%. The total cost of ATM network management reduced by 32%.• Developed the analytics infrastructure for Sales Effectiveness, Churn Management and Retention programs. Built 300+ ML models and 1000+ event-based rules. Product-per-customer jumped from 2 to 3.5; attrition rate cut by 43%; customer average life-time extended by 30% in 2 years.
