In my role as Senior IT and CIO at Inter Plus Group, I spearheaded the IT operations for a complex, multinational infrastructure. I led a team of IT and SysAdmins, providing hands-on management, upgrades, backups, and support for over 1,000 remote and local users across three locations. I was responsible for establishing a robust IT infrastructure, including the deployment of more than 90 servers and advanced security systems. I also directed an ERP migration project from SAP to Priority, successfully managing a 5 million ILS budget and overseeing a team of 30 specialists.I participated in board meetings, delivering precise reports and insights to the directors. My role encompassed IT budget management, procurement processes, and vendor contract negotiations. I implemented dual disaster recovery systems to ensure regulatory compliance and financial audit readiness. Additionally, I collaborated with the Ministry of Defense to prepare infrastructures for project acceptance and led penetration tests along with phishing simulations to bolster system security. My management of Linux and Windows servers included replacing all firewalls with FortiGate and enhancing firewall security measures.

In my role as IT Director and CIO at a leading semiconductor and passive components company, I managed IT and information systems departments, overseeing three teams, including system and R&D. I developed ITIL procedures to enhance IT processes, including backup and recovery. I supervised the company's Data Center and backup solutions, ensuring system availability and reliability. I managed all infrastructure aspects, from databases and servers to storage, virtualization, network, and security.I supported 500 end users with hands-on work and direct reporting to management. Additionally, I led a cross-organization virtualization project and implemented VMware VDI to enable remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also transitioned the organization to Exchange 365 and Azure AD for email and directory services.

As the Global Head of IT Management Operations for a leading telecommunications equipment manufacturer, I led global IT departments and managed and supported four domestic and international sites. I successfully migrated 600 users’ mailboxes from physical Exchange servers to Google G Suite and transitioned physical testing environments to AWS cloud using Ubuntu servers.I oversaw and supported GPO and AD, defining policies and workflows for the entire organization. I established and maintained four Asterisk PBX VOIP servers and implemented server monitoring with Zabbix to enhance performance. Additionally, I created automation frameworks using DevOps solutions and deployed various open-source tools to optimize operations.

As Global IT Manager, I directed three support centers in Haifa, Moldova, and Kyiv, overseeing IT technicians and developers. I automated backup processes, established servers and virtual phone networks, and upgraded the trading infrastructure to enhance data collection and analysis for business insights.

As Lead IT, I managed 20 IT technicians supporting users at Haifa and Ashdod ports. I established a backup system using Hyper-V for DB servers, creating 40 virtual servers. I developed a dedicated application for container tracking and integrated it with the company’s ORACLE system. I implemented Microsoft LYNC, Microsoft Exchange, and SharePoint 2010, while managing backup, VOIP telephony, servers, and network components.

As Security and System Information Director, I migrated all servers from MS2003 to MS2008 and upgraded end users from XP to Windows 7, handling around 1,000 workstations and 500 servers. I planned and implemented system integrations with WIN08 and managed support services for 650 users and 50 workstations, leading cross-departmental initiatives.
