My Role consists in providing comprehensive financial insights from a Group perspective. My responsibilities include the timely and insightful reporting of financial KPIs for the Group, Areas, and primary countries, the preparation of the Consolidated Group Managerial P&L for Monthly Closure and managing the weekly business update process and oversee Group Consolidated P&L for Forecast scenarios. Additionally, I support M&A integration efforts and deliver ad-hoc reporting for specific business needs. In the past year, I streamlined sales estimation processes, improving accuracy, and took ownership of the HFM system, centralizing and optimizing the process. My collaborative approach ensures seamless interactions with stakeholders and a strong commitment to enhancing communication within the team.

I analyzed DCF, payables, DPO, and provisions across Group, Area, Region, and Country perspectives. I ensured precise managerial allocations for central payables and provisions. Leading training sessions enhanced team proficiency in Group Payables reporting. My expertise included variance analysis against historical trends and planning scenarios, contributing significantly to the monthly P&L Statutory closing process. I managed the uploading of P&L Statutory data to the Group repository. Additionally, I supported tax income and CAPEX analysis, collaborating with the Group Tax and Investment Departments, and assisting with annual audit requests.

Collaborating with a Business Process Outsourcer, I ensured efficient accounting operations in line with deadlines and manuals. I investigated invoice discrepancies, identified root causes, and responded promptly to inquiries, processing urgent payments. Monthly tasks involved monitoring AP and AR statuses, addressing pending invoices, credit notes, error rates, advanced payments, and unapplied cash. I managed transitory account reconciliations, supported month-end closing, and maintained clear communication with the Purchasing team on accounting policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I identified process improvements and streamlined procedures. I also contributed to the year-end audit process by gathering necessary documentation.
