Ltd. for over four years, I work with clients to understand their business requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide software support and testing. I have contributed to multiple projects, such as developing a web-based application for a logistics company, enhancing a CRM system for a telecom provider, and automating a workflow for a manufacturing firm.I have also developed skills in quality assurance analysis, defect management, and manual testing, which enable me to ensure the quality and functionality of the software products I work on.
