I am presently leading a Global Delivery team that enables our accounts and customers to meet their business outcomes. With vast experience in IT Enterprise Services, My strength lies in executing Organizational vision, Building effective and high-performance teams, Managing through systems and empowerment, and adapting to global work culture. I have consistently demonstrated Organizational Agility and Navigated through complex and volatile situations.I have played various roles and established a proven track record in areas of Technical Service delivery, Transition and Transformation, Project and Program Management, Partner Engagement, Account Delivery Management, and Business Operations. In all these roles, I have enjoyed challenges and unfamiliar environments and achieved desired outcomes.Outside of IT profession, My passion is towards percussion instruments and often take time to practice and perform in concerts. I am privileged to have represented my country in an International cultural festival.
