CurrentConducted a comprehensive expert survey in Botswana, contributing to the establishment of a global benchmark for assessing data governance, capability, availability, and impact for public good; survey included 8 indicators and targeted 20+ local experts and stakeholders.Collaborated with the Global Data Barometer and LDRI team to analyze thematic modules focused on critical topics such as climate action and public procurement, ensuring indicators were contextually meaningful and relevant; resulted in 100% more accurate data.Spearheaded the assessment of legislative and policy frameworks, providing robust evidence on data governance practices and their effectiveness; identified 50+ critical data points informing policy recommendations.Developed a detailed report summarizing survey findings, which was used to inform international data governance strategies; report advocated for policy changes and improved global standards.
