From March 2010 - June 2011 Preparation of new banking startup and acquisition of Banco Popolare Czech Republic as private equity investment managed by AnaCap Financial Partners. Acting as COO for Equa Bank in preparation and Director/Jednatel of Equa Financial Services s.r.o.Since June 2011 COO and Member of the BOD of acquired bank renamed to Equa Bank, a.s. Responsibility for building and management of complete Operations & IT including IT Operations, IT Development, IT Security, Central HelpDesk, Call Centre & Soft Collections, Back Office (contracts, payments, loans, mortgages, executions), Cards, Process Design and Facility management. Built and managed team of over 150 people in phase of intensive development with 8 – 9 directly reporting B-1 managers. Successfully launched full Retail banking proposition including Current & Saving accounts, Term deposits, Payments, Cards, New Internet & Mobile banking, Mortgages and Cash Loans with full Multichannel Servicing & integrated front-end for Call Centre, branches and 3rd parties. Responsibility for over 1/3 of the budget of the bank. Cooperation on establishment of Project management office. Wide expertise in regulatory and legal requirements and cooperation with regulator. Cooperation with international team of suppliers and regular reporting to British shareholder.

Building green field bank as part of the AXA Financial group with French, Belgian and Czech AXA Employees + team of international consultants from different companies. Responsibility for banks operations including Back Office, Cards, Call Centre and IT support. Key decision maker for mentioned areas and for Local Business Requirements formulation and GAPing sessions with system integrator and provider of Core banking system (FlexCube). One of the key decision makers for User Acceptance Testing and for daily operations. Bank commercially launched on January 2010.
