In addition to my role in ČSOB, I also own a company specializing in consulting and sales of large HVLS ventilators.

As a Data Analyst, I gather, analyze, and report data to facilitate decision-making. Thisinvolves using SQL, QlikSense, and Python. I also query and analyze data in relationaldatabases and collaborate with two teams: QlikSense reporting and agile softwaredevelopment team for KateBrain (internal propensity software).

Member of the company's procurement team (including Synlab Slovakia). Part of my role was to process the department's data into financial reports, budgeting and providing calculation for the Synlab headquerter in Germany. Within my day-to-day duties was to work with operating representatives in laboratories, assist the financial department and provide numerical outcomes to my senior directors. Daily duties also included work on current projects and material preparation for new tenders. This includes working with suppliers, contract negotiations and overseeing live projects to keep track of all expenses for further planning, presenting outcomes and business strategy.

My role involved generating sales by interacting with customers both in the showroom and over the phone. I was responsible for producing pricing quotes, handling general administrative tasks, and coordinating warehouse operations to ensure timely deliveries. I served as the liaison between the administrative team and warehouse staff. I managed a team of two warehouse employees and prepared reports for the General Manager. In addition to my work, I was concurrently working on my Master's thesis, which focused on entrepreneurship in the United Kingdom.

I worked in the Business Development team for an international supplier of Medical Devices. My primary responsibilities included preparing daily production plans that involved resource and material planning, supervising production within the workshop, and assisting in securing logistics for the finished products. I also tracked costs and output to maximize production efficiency and provided relevant data for subsequent financial reporting and planning. Additionally, I was a part of the company's sales team, involved in negotiating contracts with international clients.
