Manage and oversee multiple gathering projects for Birch, Conoco, SM Energy, Pioneer, Endeavor, Diamondback, Ovintiv and Double Eagle.Coordinate and manage capital projects in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Develops front-end project scopes, RFP's, execution plans, estimates, and schedules to be used for business development decisions and submit project for approval.Manage project scope and monitor project costs and schedule to ensure that the project meets the approved budget and meets producers in-service. Work with drafters, I/E, hydraulics, integrity, construction and operations to plan and meet Engineering and Company Specifications.Ensures project documents and drawings are archived per company procedures and policies.Work closely with Business Development, Land, ROW, and Strategic Sourcing.Participate on third party projects with other oil gathers and review contract agreement language.Attend weekly and monthly meetings with Producers and Internal Stakeholders to review project progress.Supervise the construction activities and work directly with third party inspection, mechanical contractors and vendors. Prepare project estimates, bid packages, review bids, review change orders, and make recommendation for award of contract. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and engineering requirements associated with facilities and pipeline projects.Coordinates project activities for internal and external resources; assigns tasks and provides guidance to personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project. Ensures projects are compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and DOT regulations.Maintain an up to date working knowledge of regulations, safety, industry standards, and other applicable standards and technologies.

•Responsible for providing project planning, execution, and construction resources for capital and expense projects throughout the Permian Basin. •Develop project scope/design solutions, cost estimates, AFEs, specify/procure materials/services, and performs cost tracking/forecasting/progress reporting duties.•Monitors project scheduling, improves on it when possible, and troubleshoots for possible oversights.•Provide status reporting for assigned projects; manages multiple projects simultaneously within a managed budget and execution schedule.•Manage project construction: Planning, scheduling, constructing, monitoring, forecasting, and cost control; Formulate construction kickoff meetings and other construction meetings as necessary in the field. • Review each engineering design for each project to verify quality is feasible and practical prior to construction. •Plan and coordinate closely with regional operator and construction manager to ensure project field activities have minimal impact to system operations starting from the design phase leading to the start of construction through commissioning/startup.•Reviews and approves construction change orders.•Ensure correctness of any materials and/or procedures being ordered; ensures use of good engineering practices throughout construction phase, including control and coordination of field QC activities. •Work closely with Operations and Maintenance for an organized, controlled, cost effective, complete, and successful project startup and turnover. • Provide resources to construction inspection personnel and contractors as needed to ensure projects are executed in accordance with NuStar Energy L.P.’s safety policies and procedures, design and construction quality standards, documentation requirements, schedule objectives, and budget limits. •Provide company-wide technical support, education, and continuous improvement leadership on all assigned projects.

Responsible for providing the following technical services to Atmos Energy's Mid-Tex Division:Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance of the Transmission systems. Responsible in verifying area classifications, material specifications, pipeline testing, alignment sheets, pipe data and As-Built drawings. Perform MAOP, Wall Thickness, Percent SMYS and Design Pressure calculations to determine if information is Traceable, Verifiable, Reliable and Complete. Perform review of records for anomalous, incompatible, or incomplete information and document summary findings.

Mechanical Lead engineer working with Texas Eastman Chemical, Westlake Chemical and Flint Hills Resources Refinery staff. Assisted the clients with conceptual and detailed designs. Managed an average of 12 active projects with engineering budgets up to $2MM. Prepared engineering and design guidelines for engineering lead and management. Worked closely with vendors to obtain cost estimates as well as ensuring time of delivery of equipment being met due to accelerated timelines. Developed project scopes and engineering budgets. Interacted with Process Engineers to review and revise P&IDs during project scope and implementation during capital projects. Developed mechanical equipment (pressure vessels, compressors, pumps etc.) specifications, evaluated vendor proposals, prepared bid packages and purchase requisitions. Reviewed and approved all vendor drawings, calculations and weld procedure specifications. Provided field instructions, construction layouts, plot plans, equipment layouts, leak test and exceptions. Interfaced with operations personnel to define and improve reliability potentials. Participated in field/site walk downs for field investigations in support of the pipeline design efforts.

Utilized AutoCAD MEP and design software’s to prepare engineering /design documents for K-12 Educational Facilities, Commercial/Municipal/Industrial Facilities.Assisted in the mechanical systems designs for new building construction and building renovation projects to include Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Plumbing.Supported the engineering department in all areas including Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.Maintained management skills with the ability to work in multiple building renovation projectssimultaneously.

Performed hands on natural gas pipeline installation and maintenance associated with several major companies including Chevron, Devon, Chesapeake, Enterprise and Kinder Morgan.Assisted different crews (e.g. ROW clearing, Trenching, Stringing Pipe, Pipe Gang, Lowering In, Tie-ins and Coating) by installing both underground and above ground pipe ranging in diameter up to 24 inches.Interpreted blueprints to determine locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.Supported the pipe fitters by cutting and fitting pipe according to engineering specification and overall length per print in order to pre-fabricate spools.
