• Manufacturing Engineer of a mission critical and multifunctional weather satellite that was reported in June 2023 to congress as one of the top 5 high performing programs for U.S. Space Force. Involved in all manufacturing phases including piece parts, harnessing, mechanical assemblies, instruments, bus, spacecraft, and final integration & testing of the satellite.• Perform analysis, planning, coordination, and creation of manufacturing, test and integration operations. • Improve and modify product designs assuring manufacturability while reducing costs, meeting program delivery requirements, and adhering to rigorous quality requirements.• Lead multifunctional teams of engineers, planners, technicians, and inspectors through multiple phases of product manufacturing and tests.• Create procedures and electronic build documentation for manufacturing, integrating, and testing electronic, mechanical and RF assemblies designed for spaceflight.• Review bill of materials, engineering drawings, procedures and documents prior to manufacturing operations to ensure correctness and producibility.• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software for production and resource planning, material acquisition and shop order kitting. • Maintain MS Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to manage and coordinate technicians, build teams and work centers.• Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) for anomaly disposition and resolution actions by employing root cause analysis and risk reduction / error management techniques.• Ensure manufacturing procedures and processing conform to company and contract requirements while complying to industrial, ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.• Establish layout and design of manufacturing floor and tooling to maximize workflow efficiency, optimization, and resource utilization for high mix / low volume builds.

• Build rapid prototype and flight hardware antennas and RF components in a fast-paced and demanding environment• Directly interface with Mechanical, Materials & Process, Manufacturing and Quality engineers to refine processes and products from a R&D development stage to a full production environment• Lead and train new hires on one of the largest programs at Ball Aerospace• Collaborate in writing and creating build processes and documentation ensuring producibility, repeatability, reliability of designs and product• Analyze and evaluate bill of materials, drawings, specifications, processes and engineering orders for errors, inefficiency, manufacturability, compatibility, completeness and cost-reduction• Develop and refine manufacturing tooling and jigs• Work with classified products and materials• Capable of working autonomously and in a diverse team environment• Promote development of a strong team by participating in key aspects of programs and mentoring more junior team members• Perform tests using Performance Network Analyzers and digital multimeters• Utilize AutoCAD, Solidworks, GerbTool and Mastercam software. Operate vapor degreaser, laser etcher, driller router, milling machines and typical workshop tools• Maintain a strict adherence to company and industry rules, requirements, regulations and quality assurance• Comply with EHS and company protocols in manufacturing centers where use of protective equipment and gear is required; including workshops, ESD, Silicone and chemical labs
