We have zero water quality violations. • As a Water Service Technician, I Investigate customer complaints regarding matters such as high meter readings; noise, leaks, water quality, low/high pressure, etc.• Participates in KUBRA EZ-PAY Point of Sale system.• Performs comprehensive field investigation of water meter, water quality for pressure complaints, register/wiring, and transmitters.• Read maps to ascertain accurate location of customer addresses, lines, and right of ways and held responsibility for accurately enteringdata, recording water meter readings, and entering pertinent notes associated with the work performed into portable laptop.• Runs test on water meters to determine high or low and negative usage, to ensure meters are functioning correctly.• Performs meter installation by upgrading equipment, removing, and replacing water meters.• Routinely performs water meter scheduled turn on and turn offs and water box maintenance by cleaning out dirt and debris.
