Provides training and development by implementing strategic training initiatives, curriculum design, training delivery, and group facilitation.•Collaborates with Human Resources team throughout hiring process, including job matching, until program completion. Utilize knowledge of human resources policies and procedures in order to properly navigate apprentice and intern onboarding process. •Executes employment skills curriculum designed to increase employability skills and abilities. Provide learning opportunities for a multi-skilled workforce in a leading utility organization that trains and develops employees in introductory, intermediate, and advanced skill sets. •Engages and collaborates with community partners to seek participation in workforce development program opportunities.
